For the past two months, I’ve been in twice-weekly physical therapy to get to the bottom of hip and back pain that I’ve lived with for more than a year.
’ve already tried a number of other treatments. I’ve done tests and taken supplements. Some of these approaches had short-term results. And yet, early this spring, after a few months of mostly OFF, the mysterious pain was back ON.
Restoring health and stability to this important area of my body has been a great reminder of so much. It’s true that our bodies tell us what we need to know.
And since I am creating even better health, I am listening. This summer, I have used a challenge to build strength. Among other things. Here are four key takeaways, all of which have game-changing impact well beyond making a body work better.
